Natalie Dunbar is a user experience content strategist, freelance writer, occasional speaker, and builder of engaging content experiences for enterprises that include Anthem, Inc., Kaiser Permanente and YP.com. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams of UX designers, developers, product and project managers, Natalie helps balance meeting user needs with a framework for creating and maintaining strategic content that also supports business goals. As a solopreneur, Natalie teaches private yoga and focuses on sharing its benefits as a peaceful yet powerful way to reconnect mind, body, and spirit.  Whether teaching one-on-one private sessions, group classes or via online content created exclusively for the Curvy Yoga Online Studio, Natalie’s approach to teaching is body positive and all-inclusive, and her sequences are designed to be accessible to students all shapes, sizes, and abilities. In addition to helping to bring balance to those dealing with the stressors of everyday life, Natalie is also passionate about sharing the benefits of engaging in a regular asana practice with trauma survivors, using yoga as a vehicle on the road to healing.
